(Terms of Service for Online Analytical Tool Access)

This document is an official public offer (in accordance with Articles 405 and 407 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Belarus) by the self-employed individual Lemeh Vladimir Viktorovich (Taxpayer ID / UNP: АВ1552984), hereinafter referred to as the «Service Provider», and sets forth the terms and conditions for providing digital services to any capable natural person, hereinafter referred to as the «Customer».

The full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Offer is the payment for the services made by the Customer in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

1. DEFINITIONS

1.1. Website — the online platform located at https://lab.antieconomy.com/.
1.2. Service / Tool — an online analytical tool (electronic calculator) designed for economic modeling, scenario evaluation, and analytical computations available on the Website.
1.3. Access Code — a unique alphanumeric key generated by the Service Provider and delivered to the Customer via e-mail, granting access to perform up to 100 (one hundred) calculation iterations within the Service.
1.4. Customer — an individual who has accepted this Public Offer.
1.5. Payment Gateway (WebPay) — the payment processing service (https://www.webpay.by) that securely handles bank card transactions.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

2.1. The Service Provider undertakes to provide the Customer with access to the analytical tool by delivering an Access Code to the Customer’s e-mail address, and the Customer undertakes to pay for this service under the terms of this Offer.
2.2. One Access Code grants the right to use the online calculator independently for up to 100 calculation iterations.

3. ORDERING AND SERVICE DELIVERY PROCEDURE

3.1. The Customer completes the request form on the main page of the Website.
3.2. The Service Provider reviews the submitted request.
3.3. Upon approval, the Customer is redirected to the secure payment page or receives a payment link.
3.4. Once payment is confirmed, an Access Code is dispatched to the Customer’s e-mail address.
3.5. The Access Code allows the Customer to use the calculator independently at any time, up to 100 iterations.
3.6. The service is deemed fully and properly delivered once the Access Code is transmitted to the Customer’s e-mail address.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT TERMS

4.1. The cost of access (one Access Code for 100 iterations) is 7 USD (seven US Dollars).
4.2. Payment is made by bank card via the WebPay online processing system. Depending on the currency of the Customer’s card account, conversion rates set by the Customer’s issuing bank may apply.
4.3. The Customer’s payment obligation is considered fulfilled upon receipt of a successful transaction confirmation from the payment processing system.

5. PAYMENT SECURITY (WEBPAY)

5.1. The secure WEBPAY server establishes an encrypted TLS connection and confidentially receives the Customer’s payment card data (card number, cardholder name, expiration date, and CVC/CVC2 card security code).
5.2. After completing a payment by card, please save and keep the transaction receipts (card slips) for reconciliation with your card account statement in case of any disputes.

6. REFUND POLICY

6.1. When payment is made by bank card, any applicable refund is issued strictly to the same card that was used for the initial transaction.
6.2. Since the service represents digital content and is deemed fully delivered once the Access Code is issued, refunds are generally not provided after the Access Code has been dispatched.
6.3. A refund is only possible if the Customer’s card was charged, but the Access Code was not delivered due to a technical error on the Service Provider’s side, and the issue was not resolved within 48 hours following the Customer’s written notice.

7. TECHNICAL COMPLIANCE & DISCLAIMER

7.1. The Service is provided on an «as is» and «as available» basis. The Service Provider does not guarantee that the calculations will meet subjective expectations or commercial business targets.
7.2. The Service serves computational and informational purposes only and does not constitute individual investment, financial, or legal advice.
7.3. The information resource is officially registered in the State Register of Information Networks, Systems, and Resources of the Republic of Belarus (BelGIE):
